right now i am trying to nurse a soccer injury slightly torn muscle in knee, (thinking i don't have to stretch like to old days before a game) so i am mountain biking quite a bit, don't really have to twist knee in a bad way, except when trying to unclip when falling (ouch)  
somewhere out of the states to ride
