The fifth stop of the King of Wake series is the Air Nautique WWA Wakeboard National Championships, presented by ROCKSTAR. The five-day event is set to hit Oklahoma City, Okla., July 8-12 on the Oklahoma River. The 19th National Championships features the top wake athletes in the U.S., competing for national titles in 20 different divisions, separated by age and skill level. The results from the Nationals will also determine who will represent the United States at the 2009 WWA World Championships.

For the third consecutive year, the world's top pro and amateur wake athletes will team up in Orlando, Fla., for the Air Nautique Wake Games, presented by ROCKSTAR. Event organizer World Sports & Marketing announced today the 2009 Wake Games will be held at the Orlando Watersports Complex on April 23-26.

A unique pro-am contest that features a team-format competition; ten preselected team captains will host a public draft to field a squad of male and female, pro and amateur riders. Riders will not only go for the win in their respective divisions, but also contribute points to a team score based on their final placement in the contest. The team with the highest overall score will take home the 2009 team title and prize money.
