three-time ncaa all-american that led long beach state to the ‘93 ncaa crown, earning herself avca player of the year honors.
also played basketball at lbsu, averaging 10.9 points per game and 6.7 rebounds over her three-year career as a forward.
also competed on lbsu track team in sprints and jumping events.
was an all-state performer in basketball and volleyball at woodlawn h.s. in baton rouge, louisiana.
considers her parents her personal heroes “because they are big influence in my life, growing up teaching morals and things like that, so i looked those as being my heroes. of course i like michael jordan i think he is awesome.”
