Lets take a road trip from Texas to Toronto in the dead of Winter to the annual Toronto Metro Jam…load up the rig with some top rider like Morgan Wade and Aaron Ross and head to Dave Mirra’s private training facility in Greenville, NC…with a crew and a trip like this there is bound to be some interesting footage produced…speaking of crews…the Road Fools bus rolled into downtown Chicago and hit the streets of some local tour guides. Josh Harrington, Chase Hawk and Chester Blacksmith manage to shut down the city of Chicago.

Tsali - Thompson Loop Trail

Thompson Loop, like Mouse Branch Loop, is more technical than the Right and Left loops at Tsali. Thompson has a lot of tight twisting singletrack and like all the trails at Tsali is fun to ride at warp speed. There are a couple of uphills that might sneak up on you though. But the last 1/2 mile is the fastest that I have ever ridden on a single track.

Thank you Mother Nature! She held us back for two attempts and finally gave us some contestable surf this past weekend in the wonderful town of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. We awoke to overcast conditions, but as the morning progressed the sun broke through the clouds and lit up the 2-3 ft clean peaks. The kids signed up early and we got under way. Here is a rundown of the day’s events. Music by Birds of Avalon.

Overhead conditions (On the Groms) and sunny weather brought out all kinds of life to First Street in Kill Devil Hills with everyone looking to gain points towards the 2008 VQS Champs.
