Last Winter is all about last winter - a collection of snowboard stories from around the world. This isn't your usual rider section film. It is the ChunkyKnit girls inviting you to be a part of our experiences from last winter.

Produced not only by the ChunkyKnit film crew but also the riders themselves Last Winter includes a Romanian mountain hut trip, an Olympic documentary, back country snowboarding in Scotland, a bad weather trip to Japan as well as lots of quality snowboarding.

From the creators of Dropstitch...

DropStitch steered away from the familiar formula most snowboard film makers use and came up with a new and unique concept, part snowboarding, part documentary. DropStitch aimed to build a clear sense of the snowboarders' personalities.

Transfer, our new film, will further build on the personalities of the girls and show how they have progressed and matured since their last section. The overall look and feel of the film will remain the same, but a more rigorous footage criterion will be set and a crew of the world's top riders has been handpicked to dedicate this year to filming.

DropStitch is the first ever feature length international snowboard film showcasing the world's best female snowboarders. It is masterminded by the UK's only Olympic Snowboarder and World Cup winner Lesley McKenna.

Filmed over a year in Iceland, NZ, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, The United States, and the European Alps, DropStitch will document the lifestyle of professional snowboarders being pushed to their limits.

DropStitch will document girls who have taken a male dominated sport and made it their own against all the odds. Snowboarding brings out the best in them and helps them fulfil their aspirations and live their lives in an independent unconventional way - mirroring how modern women look at life in general.
