The 27th annual US Open Snowboarding Championships is the event of the season, attracting the world’s top riders for a fun weekend of competition, parties and incredible prizes and one that you don’t want to miss!

Whether you are a competitor or a spectator, come take part in the longstanding US Open tradition at Stratton Mountain, Vermont, March 16-22, 2009.

As the final event in the Burton Global Open Series, the US Open is the competitors’ last chance to make a play for the women’s and men’s 2009 championship title each worth $100,000 – the largest single payout in competitive snowboarding today. With events held in Europe, Japan, Canada, the United States, New Zealand and Australia, the Burton Global Open Series sets the standard for snowboarding events around the globe.
