Hsintien (also XinDian) is Taipei's southernmost suburb. Its relative peacefulness makes for an excellent place for a quiet exploratory ride. This biking video includes some headcam-style footage, sewer system exploration (pardon the few dirty words), and even some elderly local residents. This is an interesting video, but be forewarned that you will not witness any extreme mountain biking
