Chinese New Year Year of the Boar "Imu the Surfing Pig"

In celebration of the coming new Chinese "Year of the Boar", I have searched this island both near and far to find a pig who can surf. I would like to thank my friend Josh for the production assistance and Dave for lending his baord to Imu. With out further delay, I suggest you watch. Hawaiian Definition: Imu - The process of cooking food in an underground oven. (When a luau is prepared the pig is usally cooked in an imu. The cooking techinique used on pigs is called Kalua Pig)
