CandyJam is the final competition in the women's world
snowboard tour of the season 2005/2006. For the second year in a row INACTION arrange Scandinavia's biggest slopestyle competition for women. After last years success we decided to arrange this competition once again in Åre.

Why
The purpose of this event is for the riders to get together, to push each other, and share the "love for the sport". During the event there will be photo/filming sessions for the riders to get some good footage.

Where
The competition will be held at the top of Åre skutan at the 1000 meters plateau.

Park
Former Pro Snowboarder Anna Hellman together with Åre Skistar will design and build the park with special consideration for women's way of riding.

Format
Twenty of the world's best female snowboarders are invited to a slopestyle jam session. There will be an open qualification for non-invited riders. Thirty riders will compete in the final jam session.

The final is a two hour jam session where the riders have the possibility to show their best riding. Four judges will choose ten finalists that will compete for the Candy Jam title 2006. In the super final, the riders have three runs and the best one will count.
