Skateboarding Big Air in a nutshell: The atheletes start by dropping in on a massive ramp, which is essentially an 80 foot controlled freefall. This gives them enough spped to launch themselves into the air, clearing a fifty foot gap, and pulling a sick trick in the process. Then, if they can manage to land, they find themselves heading right for a 25 foot wall which they proceed to invert themselves on, going another 20 feet above the top of the ramp, and comming strights back down. Oh, and they happen to pull another mind boggling trick while they are floating through the air trying to figure out why they dropped in in the first place. If they manage to stay on their board, unlike jake brown at x games 13 who slammed from 45 feet up, then they head for the elevator to take them back to the top of the 8 story ramp so they can do it again.
