KIRRA POINT, Australia (Tuesday, March 10, 2009) – The Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast presented by LG Mobile is back on, with Round 4 running in clean four-to-five (1.5 metre) waves between Greenmount and Kirra Point beginning at 10:30am.

Event No. 1 of 10 on the 2009 ASP World Tour, the Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast enters into its third location of the event, with early rounds running at Duranbah Beach before relocating to the primary site at Snapper Rocks to today’s venue at nearby Greenmount/Kirra Point.

“We’ve got the judges set up on Kirra Point today and some good four foot waves are running down between Greenmount and Kirra,” Rod Brooks, Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast Contest Director, said. “We have some great match-ups today and we’re very much looking forward to a solid Round 4.”
