When Armada started they introduced two models- one for park and one for the steep and deep. The Armada ARV was originally the ski for the all-mountain arena and is left standing as the only model still in the line since its inception- of course with a variety of improvements. For 2007/2008 Armada shaved weight and added more vertical stiffness with the re-designed AR Core 2 and heat-treated 2.5 Impact Edge.
