Before we could start the 2007 Rip Curl Pro Search in Chile, we locked in 16 local Chilean surfers to compete a Chilean Trials to decide the two main event Wildcards. Congratulations to Manuel Selman and Christian Merello, who are now the first ever Chileans to compete an ASP World Tour event.
