Feb 10 was devoted to searching the city of Kathmandu and the famous Buddhist temple - Swayambunath (better known as the Monkey Temple). Watch the boys walk the temple and listen to Per Loken talk about the unique experience.

Now, with trekking permits in hand, Booth and the Rip Curl team will continue on their trip to Jomson, in the northern region of the country, to begin another altitude acclimatization period. Reports show that it is currently snowing even at low altitudes in the Himalaya - conditions that are very rare for this time of year in the region – so heliskiing options are looking very favourable.
