any chance of finding some local talent/musicians you know and using their music? not only it's in not copyrighted (although I'm not above using music illegally) but it will also showcase their music!!! Failing that...try some Clutch or Descendants or Butthole Surfers or Jane's Addiction or Nashville Pussy or ...etc. etc. etc.
