About Krissy Moehl
This blog started when I was out of work and traveling the western United States in my Subaru seeking some solid windshield time, "the next step" and lots of trail running. A wonderful way to celebrate life without work and to visit friends all over the country. I have since started working for Penguin Brands - Nathan Sports and continue traveling, training and racing while trying to figure it all out. Thank you for following along and sharing your comments. It is fun to connect with people and eventually meet at various places around the country.

Have you thought about inviting Alysun Deckert to run this race. She ran for Kansas State University and she is a awesome runner. She is super fast! She is a joy to watch. I know that she lives in Seattle and I wish that she ran ultra's.
Not to point out the obvious but this is a very well-advertised race especially in the Seattle area, more so even in the Seattle Running Company area with which Alysun is quite familiar. She and all other super fast runners know they are automatically "invited" and don't need to be asked to join in for super fast times!

I met you at the Croom 50 miler last year in FL. Are you planning to race this year? You gave me some great words of encouragement as you blasted by me around the 30 mile marker. I see you haven't slowed down a bit since then;) Keep it up!!
